Ryan Merideth, AIF®

As a Co-Founder of A.M. Financial Group, Ryan thrives on building relationships and community service. Ryan is eager to meet new people and values strong relationships. He works to positively impact people through his career and civic service. He is a past President of Sikeston Jaycees and in 2015 was recognized by the Missouri Jaycees as an Outstanding Young Missourian. From 2015-2022 he was a member of the Sikeston City Council and he is formerly a board member of the Sikeston Area Economic Development Corporation & Sikeston Regional Chamber of Commerce. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southeast Missouri State University. A father of three (including twin boys), in the past he has enjoyed coaching youth baseball, wrestling, and football. He enjoys boating with his family on Kentucky Lake and he is an avid Crappie fisherman.

Steve Addison, CFP®

Steve Addison, a co-founder of A.M. Financial Group and Certified Financial Planner®, graduated from Anderson University in 2005 with a BA in Business Finance with an emphasis in investments. He graduated with honors from Sikeston High School where he lettered in football and basketball.

Now a parent of four (two sons and two daughters), Steve remains actively involved in local sports as a coach for his children’s recreation league teams and the Sikeston Youth Basketball Jr. High team. He has also coached in the Sikeston Jaycees Little League Football program. Steve was a member of the inaugural class of Leadership Sikeston and has served on their Steering Committee, which fuels his passion for mentoring and teaching both young professionals and under-privileged children. When not volunteering in the community, Steve can be found listening to live music with his wife, Ryann, and friends. He attends the First United Methodist Church on Sundays with his family.

Dan HeiRonimus

Dan HeiRonimus graduated from Southeast Missouri University with a BS in Business Administration and Sikeston High School. With 25 years of banking experience and more than 20 years as a registered representative in the financial services industry, Dan is a vital member of the A.M. Financial Team. He brings insight, a depth of knowledge, and skill unmatched in Southeast Missouri. When Dan isn’t managing investment models and tirelessly researching new products, he can be found boating on Kentucky Lake, golfing with friends, or watching his grandchildren play soccer and baseball.

Hunter Crowley, CFP®

A native of Sikeston, Hunter Crowley graduated from the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania with honors in 2020. As the newest member of the A.M. Financial Team, Hunter brings fresh ideas and a wealth of technological knowledge from his concentrations in both Finance and Legal Studies, as well as Business Ethics. Hunter is an active member of the Sikeston Jaycees, the Sikeston Leadership Class of 2021 and the Sikeston Chamber of Commerce’s Young Professionals. Hunter enjoys watching movies with friends and family and can often be found buried in a book when he isn’t working at the office or rodeo grounds.

Mica Tinnin

Mica is a 1998 graduate of Sikeston High School and has been a valuable employee of the company for more than 12 years. Her attention to detail and ability to work through complex problems has made her a true asset to the team. As a wife and mother of three children, Mica made the decision to move her family to Florida to live out her dream of being close to the beach while still working remotely. She enjoys long beach walks, watching sunsets from her porch and chasing after her four dogs in the quiet simplicity of her Gulf Coast home.
